Exodus Unlocked Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Customers who decide to cancel will likely not receive their money back, except under special circumstances.

2. Cancellation Window for Rescheduling

Exodus Unlocked allows rescheduling if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, the venue will provide an alternative date and time without issuing a refund.

3. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If a team arrives late or does not show up, the booking is forfeited without a refund. To avoid this, it’s important for teams to arrive on time, as games start promptly and late arrivals disrupt the schedule.
